These increases were partially offset by declines in Energy in North America and Europe and Natural Resources in Growth Markets. Consulting revenues reflected a slight decline, due to declines in Natural Resources in Growth Markets and Energy in North America and Europe, partially offset by growth in Chemicals in Growth Markets and Europe and Utilities in North America. Some of our Energy clients are requesting a higher volume of outsourcing services, placing a greater emphasis on cost savings initiatives and moderating demand for consulting services. We expect these trends will continue to impact Resources year-over-year consulting net revenue growth in the near term.
