The Services are intended for your own individual use. You shall only use the Services in a

Non-employee directors received $3,000 for each meeting of the Board of Directors attended in person, and $1,500 for each meeting of any Committee attended in person, or $600 for each meeting of the Board of Directors or any meeting of any Committee thereof attended by telephone.
