The value for each of these awards is its grant date fair value calculated by multiplying the number of units subject to the award by the NASDAQ closing price per share on the date such award was granted. The table below shows the award number of shares, the grant date, the per-share fair value, and the total grant date fair value for the stock awards shown. On August 6, 2013 the Board of Directors of the Company made a grant of 72,000 restricted stock units to Mr. Garrabrants with a total value of $4,194,720, which vest in one-fourth increments on each of the first four fiscal year-ends following the date of grant, and 11,250 restricted stock units to Mr. Micheletti with a total value of $655,425, which vest in one-third increments on each of the first three anniversaries of the date of grant. The restricted stock units have a value of $58.26 per share, which was the closing price on the grant date of August 06, 2013.
