On September 22, 2016, our Board of Directors approved the repurchase of up to $25,000 of our common stock, with such authorization to expire on October 6, 2017 to the extent it remained unused. On September 29, 2017, we announced our Board of Directors had authorized new share repurchases for up to $25,000 of our common stock, with such authorization to expire on October 5, 2018. The share repurchase authorization was effective immediately and replaced the prior share repurchase authorization.
