Bob Pragada brings over 30 years of experience in international business leadership and military service to the Board. In January 2023, he succeeded Mr. Demetriou as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In his current role, appointed in January 2023, Mr. Pragada has led the spin-off of Jacobs’ Critical Mission Solutions and Cyber & Intelligence government services businesses and the subsequent merger of those business with Amentum, creating a new publicly traded entity in the government services sector. His diverse leadership experience and deep knowledge of Jacobs are invaluable as the Company continues to position itself as a premier provider of science-based consulting and advisory solutions, addressing some of the world’s most complex infrastructure and sustainability challenges. Ms. Kiser is an independent advisor who helps lead due diligence and technical strategies across various private equity and venture capital firms.
