In 2024 we will also be focusing our attention to the commercial insurance space as we recently launched our new Insurtech subsidiary, Janover Insurance Group Inc. in January 2024, which recently received its Florida license approval in March 2024. We are also focused on expanding our recurring revenue through our suite of SaaS products with Groundbreaker,
real estate syndication software and investor portal, Janover
Engage (equity marketplace), Janover Pro (lender marketplace), and our Janover AI (AI Software).
In 2024, the Company started to market its artificial intelligence software technology (“AI Software”), its lender marketplace (“Janover Pro”), and its equity marketplace (“ Janover Engage”) as a software as a service (“SaaS”). As of September 30, 3024, there was approximately $201,000 in deferred revenue, the majority of which is pertaining to these SaaS fees received in advance, which will be recognized in 2024 and 2025.
