On September 16, 2013, we issued to Hale Capital Partners, LP 900,000 shares of the Company’s Series A redeemable convertible preferred stock. We included a deduction of $0.6 million, $0.5 million and $0.1 million as an adjustment to net loss attributable to common stockholders on the statement of operations and in determining loss per share for the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014 and 2013, respectively. This amount represents the accretion of the transaction costs of $0.3 million, beneficial conversion feature of $2.0 million and fair value allocated to the embedded derivatives of $0.2 million at the time of issuance.
