If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions herein.

While at McKinsey, Mr. McGuire led consulting efforts with major retail, telecommunications, consumer service, and marketing organizations in Canada, the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Australia.
