Mr. Kim worked for Microsoft Corporation, leading provider of software and technology solutions (“Microsoft”), for almost 20 years, retiring in January 2010. For the last 15 years at Microsoft, Mr. Kim was with Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business division, most recently as its Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. The Audit Committee Chair is directly involved in selecting the lead engagement partner to ensure that the lead engagement partner is appropriately qualified to lead the GameStop audit. Throughout the year, the Audit Committee Chair meets one on one with the lead engagement partner to promote a candid and thorough dialogue.
