Your subscription will be on a month to month basis and automatically renew every month. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account.

The Services are intended for your own individual use. You shall only use the Services in a

In February 2016, the Company's Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program of up to
$275 million
of the Company’s common stock. Repurchases may be made at management's discretion from time to time on the open market transactions, Rule 10b5-1 trading plans or through privately negotiated transactions. The size and timing of these repurchases will depend on price, market and economic conditions, legal and contractual requirements and other factors. The repurchase program has no time limit and may be suspended or discontinued at any time. All of the repurchased common stock has been retired.
