Management evaluated subsequent events as of the date of the financial statements pursuant to ASC TOPIC 855, and the following events occurred:

On July 5, 2011, the Company authorized a one-for-thirty (1:30) reverse split of the Company’s authorized, issued and outstanding shares of common stock. As a result of the reverse split each thirty (30) shares of the Company’s common stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the reverse split shall be changed into one (1).

|
|
As of July 14, 2011, the Company issued 414,286 shares of common stock at a price of $2.10 per share for $87,000 cash. The shares are stated at the effected 1:30 reverse split.
