On January 13, 2015, the Board of Directors terminated an existing authorization to repurchase shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock and approved a new repurchase authorization of $101.1 million, equal to the cash proceeds received by the Company from an exercise of warrants. The Company did not repurchase any additional shares during the second quarter of 2016. Our Board of Directors has authorized us to purchase shares under this authorization from time to time as market conditions permit. There is no expiration date with respect to this authorization.
