Accounts Receivable: Trade, net of allowance
- Represent amounts billed and currently due from customers and are stated at their net estimated realizable value.

Accounts Receivable: Retainage
- Represent amounts which have not been billed to customers or paid pursuant to retainage provisions in construction contracts, which generally become payable upon contract completion and acceptance by the customer.

- Represent revenues recognized in excess of amounts billed, which management believes will be billed and collected within one year of the completion of the contract (i.e. Contract Assets) and are recorded as a current asset, until such amounts are either received or written off.
