Senior secured term loan facility (“2010 Senior Term Loan”) that bears interest at the Company's option at either the prime rate plus a margin of 2.25% or LIBOR plus 3.25% with a LIBOR floor of 1.5%. At September 30, 2011, the average interest rate on the 2010 Senior Term Loan was 4.75%. All required principal payments prior to maturity have been paid and the remaining principal on the 2010 Senior Term Loan is due on the maturity date. The 2010 Senior Term Loan matures on March 24, 2016 and is collateralized by substantially all of the Company's assets. The 2010 Senior Term Loan is unconditionally guaranteed by Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. and its domestic wholly-owned subsidiaries, other than Prestige Brands, Inc. (the "Borrower"). Each of these guarantees is joint and several. There are no significant restrictions on the ability of any of the guarantors to obtain funds from their subsidiaries.
