Hotel Zephyr Fisherman's Wharf
provide for base plus percentage rent through 2016 and rent as a percentage of revenues and net income, as adjusted and defined in the agreements, in 2017 and thereafter. The long-term hotel lease on
Hotel Zeppelin San Francisco
was determined to be both an operating and capital lease. The lease contains a fixed base rental increase every year during the lease term. The long-term ground lease on the
Hotel Palomar Los Angeles Beverly Hills
provides for base rent, adjusted for CPI increases every five years. This lease has 19 five-year renewal options and the table assumes the exercise of all 19 renewal options. The long-term ground lease on the
Union Station Hotel Nashville, Autograph Collection
provides for annual base rent equal to the greater of
$0.1 million
or annual real property taxes. The table above reflects only minimum base rent for all periods presented and does not include assumptions for CPI adjustments.
