Under the earnings sharing mechanism, if we earn above our authorized return, 50% of the first 50 basis points of additional utility earnings will be shared with customers and will be used to reduce our transmission escrow. All utility earnings above the first 50 basis points will be used to reduce the transmission escrow. This amount is subject to change based on fourth quarter results.
