Ms. Pessoa previously served in numerous roles during her 18-year career at the Globo Organizations (“Globo”), a media group in South America, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2011 and New Business Director from 2008 to 2011 of Infoglobo, the newspaper, Internet and information services business of Globo.
