If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions herein.

Mr. Claflin served as President and Chief Executive Officer of 3Com Corporation ("3Com"), a manufacturer of computer network products, from January 2001 until his retirement in February 2006. Prior to 3Com, Mr. Claflin served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Sales and Marketing, for Digital Equipment Corporation. Dr. Ahmed has served as Executive Chairman and CEO of Sway AI, Inc., a provider of artificial intelligence technologies and services, since March 2021 and served as Executive Chairman of Founder SPAC, a special purpose acquisition company, from March 2021 until its merger with software company Rubicon Technologies, LLC in August 2022. He previously served as Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer of Affirmed Networks, Inc., a provider of virtualized, cloud-native mobile network solutions, which was acquired by Microsoft in April 2020.
